Evan Rachel Wood was born September 7, 1987, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her father, Ira David Wood III (a theatre actor writer, director, actor) is her father. Sara Wood Wood is her mother and is an actress. Her brothers older than her are Dana Wood, a musician and Ira David Wood IV who also have been actors. Evan and her brothers have frequently appeared in the Theatre In The Park in Raleigh. Her father started it and is the director of operations.
